Do you remember when the BRIT Awards were fun? Where government ministers went in fear ...

‘Here’s to the ladies who lunch, aren’t they a gas?’ Sondheim’s dolliest musical ever, Company, is coming to a cinema screen near you (so you can eat!) sometime in March – but you need to sign up for your tickets quicksticks. It stars lovely gay actor Neil Patrick Harris off of gay TV type, Christina Hendricks of Mad Men fame, Patti Lupone off of gay icon and Martha Plimpton of Goonies and Raising Hope and it has been recorded – HiDef at the very least – from New York’s highly prestigious Lincoln Centre. It hits cinema screens – with a splat! – on 15th March and there will even be a live Q&A live from New York City (live!) with NPH himself as part of the deal. Buy your tickets from next Friday (3rd February) from www.sondheimscompany.com. Yeah, we’re early, but you’ll need to alert your secretary to the whole thing.
