    Jake Mentoring

Welcome to Jake Mentoring.

“I think JAKE Mentoring offers a unique opportunity to share - and gain - experience. For the mentee, it offers the chance to link in with someone more experienced that can guide, suggest and act as a sounding board. For the mentor - a chance to stay in touch, to develop their management skills and to give something back.”
Daniell Morrisey, Career writer and Coach

"As well as the pleasure of seeing my mentee grow as he learned new skills, I also found I was learning from him, a wonderful, unexpected reward for mentoring".
Glynn Christian, Author/TV Presenter

What is Mentoring?

Mentoring is a powerful personal development and empowerment tool. It is an effective way of helping you progress in your career regardless of age, and is becoming increasingly popular as its potential is realised. Mentoring is a partnership between two people: a mentor and mentee. The idea is that a more experienced individual (a mentor), guides someone less experienced (a mentee), to develop solutions to career issues, such as finding a new direction or maybe progress to a more senior position. It is a supportive and flexible relationship based on mutual trust and respect. You can set your own goals, agendas and structure.

Jake Mentoring
